Department Reorganization Biomedical Sciences, starting 1/1/2012
At this moment, the group Biomedical Sciences consists of three faculties and twenty departments.
In June 2011, a departemental reshuffle was implemented. Starting 1/1/2012, the group will consist of three faculties and 14 departments.
In September 2011, for each of the new departments, elections were held for a new department chairs, whose mandate will start on 1/1/2012. The departement chair of the van Dept. of Oral Health Sciences will start on 1/10/2011 because of the the retirement ('emeritaat') of the predecessor.
